Pat uses an estimating tool that, if we didn't add on additional things, is always right. No up charges. “Sean and Max were very professional and clean when they arrived at my home. They asked questions that helped me be more clear on what I wanted so that they could find the best design options that fits my needs and interests. They were very helpful in presenting me with design options that I loved! It was great to feel heard and not overwhelmed by bigger home projects. I also was unable to say what my budget is because I don't know how much things cost and they were making it so that I could have options for budgeting and still get what I wanted. One of the best experiences I have had with builders.”

“Jonathan and team were such a pleasure to work with! We envisioned a side deck built around a new hot tub we purchased, but we wanted the tub sunken, but still accessible. This required some creative thinking and design, which was exactly what we got. Jonathan built a beautiful deck, and the team was so professional. All of them wore team shirts, showed up on time, we’re thoughtful and polite and did an amazing job. Couldn’t be happier with our choice in hiring them.”

“I am a satisfied customer of a new composition deck that was installed in late Sept-early Oct. I had an original redwood deck that was removed and a better constructed deck that won't need regular stain or maintenance made from composition lumber installed. I recommend K & A construction for a professional experience.”
