“We wanted a new deck and pergola and were referred by our landscaper Decorative Landscaping to Western Timber Frame. They were extremely helpful. We had an idea of how we wanted the deck/pergola to look and they were happy even excited to work out out idea and make it happen. They were on time, quick, personal, neat and great to work with. Prices were fair. Maybe for some a little high but the quality of material is also very high. Our backyard is now a beauty thanks to Western Timber Frame.”

“Dylan was easy to work with! He planned out the project and let us have samples so we could mull-over what materials we wanted and gave us a fair bid. Matt was the builder and the deck looks great! We are very happy. Matt did a great job. We have really appreciated him involving us in the project decisions. As you know, there are always minor issues that pop-up when you get down to the nitty-gritty of the build. Some builders we have had in the past just make their own decisions and go on. Matt was great because he would come and involve us in the decisions so we had a say-so in the overall look. He even made a few adjustments for us to accommodate some of our "old people" needs, and he would give us time to think about what we wanted; no on-the-spot decision-making! Consequently, we are happy with every aspect of the deck, with no buyers' remorse here! And, of course, I will highly recommend these guys to my friends and family for any of their deck and fencing needs!”

“Russ contacted us out of the blue to inquire about the status of our 20 year old solarium. He had just re acquired the company he had owned when the solarium was installed. He did a thorough inspection, made a comprehensive proposal to solve the many problems which had developed over the years due to our neglect and that of the home's previous owners. The proposal included glass upgrades and repairs of structural problems not of his making. True to his word and cost estimates, the job was completed. We are thrilled with the results and have now a much more efficient and usable space. Russ is knowledgeable, competent, honest, efficient, and a really nice guy, easily one of the best contractors I have ever dealt with.”
