The team went over and above and even installed the skirting boards for me once they had finished with the flooring. As I'm in an apartment, acoustics are very important and the team sourced and installed angle step underlay as an added barrier to prevent any sound penetrating the slab to the unit below. “Patioland were professional from the start - the initial consultation, design iterations, working out the tradeoffs, estimation and achieving the required council approvals. Working around inevitable weather delays from time-to-time, the construction team were first class. They always maintained a high level of communication so we always knew what to expect, and they always kept the work site clean at the end of the day, minimising disruption generally to our family. This was a large project, so achieving a high quality end result was really important, and we are entirely satisfied with the results. “If you are looking to build a deck, Dean from TopDecks is your man, a true decking genius. He has just completed a 24 square metre Merbau deck and pergola at our place and it looks fantastic, better than anything we could have imagined. Dean knows exactly how to work with your ideas and his experience and suggestions to come up with the perfect end result.
