“American Deck and Patio recently designed and built my beautiful outdoor living space that includes a paver patio and screened porch. They were great to work with the whole process was transparent. American Deck and Patio maintained a clean job site every day which I found important being a parent to young children and being part of a strict home association.”

“Mid-Atlantic Fence and Deck is an excellent company that provides outstanding customer service from start to finish. We had Mid-Atlantic to install our original cedar fence in 1996 and then had them back out to replace boards and extend the fence in 2012 at our Severna Park home. Bruce Beauchamp, the owner, came out personally to answer our questions with both installs. In April, I needed a new fence installed in a new townhouse development located in Arnold. Bruce came out himself to measure and finalize the drawing for the H.O.A. When the H.O.A. required the fence sketch to be re-done on a new boundary survey, Bruce re-did the drawing with a smile and a great attitude. Finally, our home in Severna Park just settled in July. A prospective buyer had bent the latch of the gate during a showing of our home. I emailed Bruce and he sent his son out the next day to install a brand-new latch the day before settlement. You will love working with the team at Mid-Atlantic Fence and Deck and thoroughly enjoy your new fence or deck for years to come. D. M. Benischek”

“Pat Caughlin installed the Dek Drain system on a new Deck installation and it was relatively easy to install. The product works as designed and allows for installing a ceiling and or electrical underneath the deck if desired which is big plus if you would ever like to enclose that area. We are in a four season climate and have already gone through rain, snow and ice with no problems.”

“They replaced my old deck deck and built a deck around my above ground pool. They did a great job and I am happy with the finished product. I did feel like the job could have been completed in 5 days, not 7. The crew sometimes didnt start until 10 and knocked off at 3 with an hour for lunch. It was July and very hot, but as the homeowner I told them they could start as early as they wanted. Might have been betetr to work more before it got real hot.”

“Paul Brezinski was my contractor/sales rep for this company.He was top notch in product detail. He also did the installation. Again great job. arrived as scheduled. Prompt install. Fully explained functionswith demonstrations. Also purchased solar sun shades for sun room. Would deifinetly refer.”
