“We hired Jim and his crew for the first time in 2008. We were pleased with their work and called them again a few weeks ago. Jim came out to our house, arriving promptly at the scheduled time, talked through options, and gave us a competitive bid for a new composite deck. Only one week later the deck was done! “We would like to express our thanks to A Better Outlook for the fabulous deck they built for us, and are fortunate a friend told us about Pete and his company. The quality of work is top notch, the price was reasonable and every evening during the construction our backyard was not dangerous for our dogs. Our primary concern was having a comfortable deck that was safe for our family and friends, but A Better Outlook went above and beyond. There are many details, such as routing on the hand rails, we were not expecting that make it a fantastic outdoor space. We highly recommend A Better Outlook to anyone needing a deck replacement, and plan to have them build a covered section on our new deck in the near future.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Minnesota Screens. Several years ago, we had them install two motorized screens at our cabin up north, and they were terrific. We're just completing a remodel at our house, and we wanted to use them again. They coordinated everything with our contractor and met us on-site to make sure we all understood the options and their recommendations. We had one service call at the cabin because we tried to lower the screens with some furniture in the way, and they made getting it repaired a priority and we were up and running again within days. Their screens are terrific, and their installation and service are as good as they get. This is a family company that takes pride in what they do, and it's a customer experience I wish we could emulate elsewhere.”
