“Can’t say enough good things about Pools of Houston! I was obviously in the market for a pool but I was set on fiberglass. After talking to Nick, I did a complete 180 and decided on gunite and I am so glad I did. He made the process super easy and it was actually FUN. Nick is extremely educated in the pool world and best of all, he is honest. He never sugar coated or said anything to just appease my over thinking. Which I truly appreciated. His communication is spot on and I was never left wondering “what’s next”. Only bad part (for him) is that he will have to deal with me again in 10 years when I decide to sell and build another pool. 10/10 10000000% recommend.”

“Our experience with Pools Plus and ALL of their Construction Team were very professional . We are very impressed with all aspects of Customer Service and Quality Craftsmanship. May I add that Jim and Jason both , were extremely organized , communicated daily to myself , so I knew what was going to happen day to day and also who was going to be in my backyard each day....very important !! I have referred Pools Plus to many neighbors that have asked who constructed our pool. Some of my neighbors have heard so many poor quality stories . My experience was nothing less than EXCELLENT !! Even after our Pool was finished, we had very few punch list items , and Pools Plus Jason Rasco was very responsive till every item was completed. “I want to give the highest recommendation to Patty Griffin and Brain Human with Living Exteriors. I recently added a somewhat complicated pool to my yard, an infiniti pool on a sloped lot on Galveston Bay. Patty was primarily involved in the contractual and design phase and Brian handled the construction and detail work. Both did an outstanding job. Patty had to change the computer generated design several times as I changed my mind and added on extras. Brian answered every one of my calls with questions, even on a Friday night at 10:30 or on Sundays. The quality of their subcontractors was excellent. Everyone was hard working and polite. Great job Living Exteriors.”
