“Since moving to Texas, I have realized that having a pool is a necessity. I didn’t just want any pool; I wanted one that was functional for my family, yet truly beautiful to look at. Peter helped me achieve that goal. He was able to meld my desire for a particular outdoor aesthetic with the practicality of a family pool and outdoor living space. Whether you are building a home or a pool, it can get very stressful. Peter and his team were extremely responsive to every one of my concerns, regardless of how nit-picky they were. In fact, it was so refreshing to find someone who appreciated my attentiveness to detail and even matched it! His troubleshooting skills are also remarkable and he will assume accountability for the entire project. If something isn’t done the right way- he will get someone to make it right- or he will fix it himself. Building the pool and outdoor living space was a big financial expense, but I feel that Pure Design created a beautiful and unique space that will hopefully increase the value of our home. The intangible rewards of watching your children truly enjoy the outdoor space and making lasting family memories are priceless. “The company installed a hot tub/spa on the deck in my backyard. The equipment arrived in perfect condition, and was quickly & effeciently installed. All questions I had (re:maintenance) were answered, and additional cleaning supplies were offered (not included w/spa but very handy). The company has been very responsive any time we contacted them. We are very pleased both with the quality of the spa & the personal attention from the sales crew. Many thanks, its great!”

“I had been introduced to this company by visiting the home and garden show in Dallas . They came out quickly and gave us a quote on remodeling the pool. I had a small problem with the salesperson but that was a problem the company was unaware of . After contacting them directly , they jumped all over it and had the pool started within a few days . They were extremely quick and timely with all appointments . The weather didn't make it easy but they worked til sundown to keep on schedule . I love the way the pool turned out and very satisfied with the outcome . I would recommend them for any pool projects you have . Eugene by the way was the foreman and was great and kept us posted on all jobs and tasks”

“I highly recommend them as a pool builder. Dustin took care of every concern and communication was awesome( That's crucial for me). Before the contract was signed he provided 3D renderings that we were able to change on the spot to get the perfect backyard! The kids love the pool and haven't had one problem with the pool since has been built. Would recommend them to anyone!”
