“Being new to this market I had to start from scratch to find a pool builder. I interviewed multiple companies and looked at their work in the area. What I noticed was a commonality in pool shapes and finishes. In other words, they looked very similar. This was not what I wanted. Interviewed Emerald Pools and found them to be very creative in the design process. They provided a comprehensive scaled rendering that contained all elements. Throughout the building phase, this company was extremely professional, responsive meeting all timelines. The Owner was involved in the process from beginning to end. “Our experience with Pools Plus and ALL of their Construction Team were very professional . We are very impressed with all aspects of Customer Service and Quality Craftsmanship. May I add that Jim and Jason both , were extremely organized , communicated daily to myself , so I knew what was going to happen day to day and also who was going to be in my backyard each day....very important !! I have referred Pools Plus to many neighbors that have asked who constructed our pool. Some of my neighbors have heard so many poor quality stories . My experience was nothing less than EXCELLENT !!
