“Garden View did an excellent job on designing and building my large outdoor kitchen. It included a barbecue, burners, fireplace, large counter areas, and stone base and pillars. He built a shade structure off the house and used pavers for the floor areas. Mark and his staff was delightful to work with. I have contacted them many times for additional purchases and minor tweeks, and they were as helpful as when they were constructing my kitchen.”

“We are absolutely thrilled and so thankful we picked Teserra Outdoor living for our project!! From the moment we met Kenny, we knew we were going with Teserra. As we described our wish list for our yard...he listened intently and immediately began filling it in, fleshing it out, giving suggestions, options, creative thoughts about our space....he made it come to life for us as he described what they were going to do in exacting detail...to make our dream yard a reality for our family. We couldn't wait to sign our contract!! Kenny designed our project, brought drawings and even had a professional artist do a video rendering of our job so we could better understand the elevations and scope of each element. The design was and is "Award Winning"!! I have nothing but praise for Gary, our project foreman. Garys reassuring presence daily at our job site...allowed for us to ask questions, seek advice and benefit from his many, many, many years of building pools and outdoor spaces as we began selecting our stone, tile, pebbletech, concrete colors, coping material, etc... Gary's calm, steady demeanor is exactly what we needed during such a giant undertaking. Edmundo and his crew....the tile, stone, retention wall builders...are TOP notch!! They worked steady from 7:00 am to 4:00 everyday...until our retention walls, firepit, flagstone, stairs, coping were done and absolutely perfect!! No disappearing act for days at a time from these guys, just solid, steady, work until it was done. I am beyond grateful we selected Teserra Outdoor Living for our project. I highly recommend them and would gladly show our yard off to anyone considering hiring Teserra. Thank you Kenny and Gary. “There are not enough nice words to say about A Cut Above Construction, Pools and Landscaping. Chris Young owns the company along with his delightful wife, Debbie. His two sons, Cole and Corey, help out as well. Chris is very much a hands-on manager. You see him almost every day, working, supervising and answering all your questions and discussing options. His crews are the most hard-working, polite and talented men we've ever encountered. Our landscaping - front and back, our pool, the design and hardscape are the talk of the neighborhood. In fact, several of our neighbors contracted his company to design and install their yards. He met with us to get our concepts, then brought us a virtual plan that really excited us. The result is fantastic! It was finished in the time promised and was clean and perfectly ready to enjoy. A Cut Above really is a cut above the rest!”

“We originally contacted three pool contractors but selected Pacific Paradise Pools based on Rich's response time and professionalism, the fact that the company had a real (and nearby) showroom, and Rich's obvious experience in the industry. After comparing costs, we probably could have saved a bit of money with another vendor ($5k or less) but I honestly believe we received the best service and, in my experience, tradeoffs between cost and excellence are rarely worth it. Rich put together a team of experts who coordinated the various skilled work that needs to be performed for pool construction. They were able to deliver on the timeline and the cost projections, giving us everything we asked for and a beautiful pool just in time for the summer! We would highly recommend Rich and Pacific Paradise Pools.”

“Swim Tech did a rebuild on our aging cracked pool. Rick was great to work with. Laurie was so helpful with choosing materials. Finished product is beautiful, salt water, pebble tec finish, and included new deck and patio and energy efficiency. Work was prompt, well coordinated, daily cleanup, and true to estimate. Would recommend to anyone for a new or rebuild.”
