“Melos Pools did an outstanding job in every way in remodeling our yard. They removed all our concrete, remodeled our pool with a beautiful mini-pebble tech finish, poured our new deck,installed a great looking water feature, built a beautiful outdoor shower and made accommodations for our new fire pit. The project came in on budget and within the time frame promised. The workers were conscientious, hard working, clean and always courteous. It was a pleasure working with Albert on the design and dealing with Lorena on the financial end. Everything was done in a quality way and the company was responsive to questions and concerns. I would recommend them highly.”

“We are absolutely thrilled and so thankful we picked Teserra Outdoor living for our project!! From the moment we met Kenny, we knew we were going with Teserra. As we described our wish list for our yard...he listened intently and immediately began filling it in, fleshing it out, giving suggestions, options, creative thoughts about our space....he made it come to life for us as he described what they were going to do in exacting detail...to make our dream yard a reality for our family. We couldn't wait to sign our contract!! Kenny designed our project, brought drawings and even had a professional artist do a video rendering of our job so we could better understand the elevations and scope of each element. The design was and is "Award Winning"!! I have nothing but praise for Gary, our project foreman. Garys reassuring presence daily at our job site...allowed for us to ask questions, seek advice and benefit from his many, many, many years of building pools and outdoor spaces as we began selecting our stone, tile, pebbletech, concrete colors, coping material, etc... Gary's calm, steady demeanor is exactly what we needed during such a giant undertaking. Edmundo and his crew....the tile, stone, retention wall builders...are TOP notch!! They worked steady from 7:00 am to 4:00 everyday...until our retention walls, firepit, flagstone, stairs, coping were done and absolutely perfect!! No disappearing act for days at a time from these guys, just solid, steady, work until it was done. I am beyond grateful we selected Teserra Outdoor Living for our project. “There are not enough nice words to say about A Cut Above Construction, Pools and Landscaping. Chris Young owns the company along with his delightful wife, Debbie. His two sons, Cole and Corey, help out as well. Chris is very much a hands-on manager. You see him almost every day, working, supervising and answering all your questions and discussing options. His crews are the most hard-working, polite and talented men we've ever encountered. Our landscaping - front and back, our pool, the design and hardscape are the talk of the neighborhood. In fact, several of our neighbors contracted his company to design and install their yards. He met with us to get our concepts, then brought us a virtual plan that really excited us. The result is fantastic! It was finished in the time promised and was clean and perfectly ready to enjoy. A Cut Above really is a cut above the rest!”

“We originally contacted three pool contractors but selected Pacific Paradise Pools based on Rich's response time and professionalism, the fact that the company had a real (and nearby) showroom, and Rich's obvious experience in the industry. After comparing costs, we probably could have saved a bit of money with another vendor ($5k or less) but I honestly believe we received the best service and, in my experience, tradeoffs between cost and excellence are rarely worth it. Rich put together a team of experts who coordinated the various skilled work that needs to be performed for pool construction. They were able to deliver on the timeline and the cost projections, giving us everything we asked for and a beautiful pool just in time for the summer! We would highly recommend Rich and Pacific Paradise Pools.”

“I'm a homeowner who found Dreamscapes on the internet and after a thorough search process, hired them to do major $500K+ project in Brentwood, CA. The project involved removal of existing pool, building new pool in hillside zone, new spa with water features, new bluestone hardscape throughout, new BBQ island with Viking appliance, two custom gas firepits, 12,000 feet of driveway, 340 linear feet of retaining walls, $75,000 worth of new plants, etc. Eric McRae and his team designed the entire project -- and did a world class job. They do a ton of work in-house and can control quality and scheduling as a result. Sub's they hired were all excellent, and worked until everything was perfect. Construction is always a process, and this was no exception, but the end result exceeded my expectations. Their masons are true craftsman who produce the highest possible product. Project took longer than planned, and some of that was my fault. They provided a clear contract with a detailed scope of work that was fairly priced and easily understood. All change orders were tracked, and i was very pleased with the billing process. I later upgraded materials and that ran up the price, but here were no upsells or hidden items. Make sure you have a complete scope of work before you begin. It's not free ... but I felt it was all fairly priced. But the quality of the work was extremely high -- and that's worth something.”
