“We contracted Lucas Lagoons to redesign our pool area, working with the existing design of the outdoor kitchen/room and swimspa, extending the width of the pool and adding their special touch of surfacing, lighting, rocks, waterfalls, grotto and plants. They did a beautiful job and did it very timely. Our pool area is now a special relaxing retreat and a real showcase.”

“They sell well. Their warranty and customer service were not timely. They lost the bubble when it was a hot market and they were extremely busy. Follow up - After explaining our problems Jerry's team they fixed all issues that were from their subs. I have increased my rating to 4 stars. They build a good pool but need more midlevel managers to oversee subs and trades. They did stand behind their product and the prime.”

“We had gotten bids to have a pool, lanai and pool cage installed. We chose American Beauty Pools Inc because of cost and professionalism. The owner Max was very easy to work with, he took us to see a completed project and helped us to decide what were the important features within our budget. We had a small amount of space to work with and he customized the shape of our pool to accommodate our previously built lanai. We also had to decide whether to spend part of our budget on a larger lanai or pool heater, Max put these items in a perspective that made our decision very easy. We love our new space!”
