“After completing the build of our country home we realized with a very large yard we could entertain the thought of putting in a pool. We had never been pool owners when living in the city and felt we would like to enhance our family leisure time. Pioneer Pools was recommended to us by a family friend who had wonderful experience with service over the years of being a pool owner. The sales staff was very knowledgeable regarding our needs of installing a basic above ground pool to ensure we were indeed a pool loving family. The maintenance and service of the pool has been minimal and easily maintained through the Pioneer store front location. The friendly, helpful staff complete regular water sample tests and suggest the proper maintenance care available within the store. After 4 years of enjoying our pool we are planning to complete our backyard design with an inground pool from Pioneer Pools. Last spring we purchased an 8 seat Hot Springs Hot Tub from Pioneer Pools and it has added much enjoyment to our family. Knowledge of the product, installation and service has been consistent with what we experienced with the pool. Our experience with Pioneer Family Pools has been courteous, reliable and professional employees on a consistent basis over the years. It has been wonderful to work with a local family business!!”

“I would recommend Simply pools for anyone wanting a fibreglass pool, Vince, Joe and Vanessa answered all my questions all season immediately. They listen to what you want and quote appropriately. Even when we had a bit of an issue with our contractor for the cabana, Vince was right on top of it, and got it settled in timely matter. Throughout this whole project, we had complete confidence in simply pools. We hired Simply Pools as a turn key company, and every contractor they brought in to work on our product were very professional, and arrived on time and did great quality work. We were swimming in our pool complete with landscaping etc in two weeks. I cannot say enough great things about simply pools and their entire team. Thank you Vince, Joe, Vanessa and John for making this the best summer my family has had staying at home, we swam every day two to three times a day.”

“We wanted to upgrade our 20 plus year old pool and didn’t know where to start. We were lucky enough to find Justin from CCS Pool and Landscape. He showed us design options and upgrades that were not only aesthetically pleasing but saved us money as well. Once we settled on a design the skilled crew got to work and in no time at all our backyard was transformed from an outdated chlorine pool with a sand filter to a modern salt water pool. Justin’s design included a concrete overlay which transformed the old cracked concrete pad around the pool into a contemporary walkway of cultured stone without having to tear up the old concrete. The transformation was astounding. We were so pleased with Justin’s vision for our backyard we had him redesign and build a new front entrance and walkway. His design was for a winding natural stone walkway and steps which totally modernized our house. Neighbors dropped by as the work was being completed and were amazed at the transformation. On budget and on time. If you are looking for a true caring professional that will offer inspirational designs suited to your individual needs we highly recommend CCS Pool and Landscape.”
