“A-1 Pools & Spas installed our in ground pool and above ground spa plus put in our beautiful decorative aluminum fence in Oxford, CT. They did a phenomenal job with it all and made it like a resort, which we used and loved hosting pool parties at! They were trustworthy in performing and doing what they promised and everything turned out wonderful! They also did our pool maintenance and opened and closed our pool every April in time for the kids to use it during spring break and in November after the snow started falling. Go with A-1 because they know what they are doing and are wonderful to work with.”

“I've always felt like not only were they honest, consistent and respectful, but they also start treating you like family. It's a truly family owned business, brothers, daughters, wife and sister. Their employees that aren't blood relatives have been with them long enough to be family. This commitment to family extends to their customers. I bought my beautiful custom in-ground pool from them and also my spa. Brothers didn't "only" put in a pool, but they also helped me redo my backyard. “Great company to work with. We are new to the pool industry and were very nervous about being taken advantage of spending all of this money. They were on time very thorough and produced a spectacular product. My only advice is make sure you are very educated in pool systems and how they work. Also make sure you have everything in your orginal budget that you want or you will be dissapointed when you need to add.”

“Ultimate in Pool Care has by far the most knowledgeable team on Long Island. Kyle Chaiken and Ed Cohen not only know more about pool and spa care and construction, but the also teach it to pool and spa professionals. The are experts and commercial pool installations, renovations, service and operation. They hold every possible certification in the pool and spas industry and are considered the go to guys when you need an answer to a difficult problem. I have worked with Kyle and Ed on projects on Long Island. I highly recommend them.”

“We recently purchased our home, and contracted with Proper Ph for opening and weekly maintenance of our pool. We had them furnish and install a new Aquacal heat pump, and re-locate all of the pool equipment, moving it about 25 ft to it's new location. They did a great job of getting everything done, and the communication with their office is really great. They are really on top of everything, and do excellent work. They do tend to be a substantially higher in price than other companies, but you will be guaranteed to have a great experience.”
