What I found out during the process was that: 1) He answered his phone and returned calls/texts. 2) He did what he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it. 3) He is very helpful, knowledgeable and takes time to explain options and procedures. 4) I feel his service is exceptional and he has even helped me with other issues I've had around the house. 5) Because of all the above, I've since hired him multiple times for repair work to my pool/spa equipment and have recommended him to friends/family. 6). “Robert Fletcher with Adams Aluminum is a wonderful representative for this outstanding company!! When we decided to have an outdoor pool, we knew we would need to have a screen enclosure due to our many trees and the mosquitos! I found Adams Aluminum through a Google search and the company was listed in our local phone book. I called the company one day and Robert answered the phone. I knew shortly after speaking with him that this was the company we needed to hire. He was very knowledgeable about the product and took the time to explain to me how their product is superior. We made an appointment for him to come meet with us. He brought a book of photographs with him, which helped us see what an enclosure might look like in our backyard. The installation and design crew were fantastic. They worked so hard and finished within a week! It was exciting to see the structure built. We couldn't be happier with Adams Aluminum.
