“I've always felt like not only were they honest, consistent and respectful, but they also start treating you like family. It's a truly family owned business, brothers, daughters, wife and sister. Their employees that aren't blood relatives have been with them long enough to be family. This commitment to family extends to their customers. I bought my beautiful custom in-ground pool from them and also my spa. Brothers didn't "only" put in a pool, but they also helped me redo my backyard. They recommended a wonderful tree guy who was instrumental in making space for the pool and making my yard beautiful. I feel like I've gained friends and received wonder products.”

“We recently purchased our home, and contracted with Proper Ph for opening and weekly maintenance of our pool. We had them furnish and install a new Aquacal heat pump, and re-locate all of the pool equipment, moving it about 25 ft to it's new location. They did a great job of getting everything done, and the communication with their office is really great. They are really on top of everything, and do excellent work. They do tend to be a substantially higher in price than other companies, but you will be guaranteed to have a great experience.”

“They repaired an hot tub that did not install, without hesitation. They showed up when scheduled, completed repair and came back at no charge when an adjustment had to be made. Another time they helped me diagnose a problem over the phone. That kind of service makes a long lasting impression. I would not hesitate to purchase a new spa or have a pool designed and installed.”
