“I hired Tom to design and build our gunite pool based on recommendations from the firm that did our landscaping. In my experience, pool builders are a sketchy bunch - I called no fewer than 4 companies for quotes. 2 never even bothered to show up to quote, 1 spent an hour measuring and never came back with a quote, and the final one was at my house for 10 minutes, wrote a number on a piece of paper and handed it to me - no details on equipment, lights, etc. Just a number and he left. Read other pool builder reviews and you'll see the same. Tom showed up numerous occasions to discuss the pool's function (are you doing laps, playing with kids, just floating with a drink?), and ultimately he's the one we hired. He hit every deadline, kept every promise, and has done a truly professional job for us. I probably could have spent less, but I am sure we would have paid in the end in lesser equipment, lesser quality, and more headaches. Pay now or pay later is what I always find in construction. I highly recommend Custom Pool Pros, and would use them again.”

“Frank is the best , I can't say enough, even though my pool wasn't put in by him he came and fixed the problems so we can finally enjoy it trouble free! Yes there is a maintence free pool ask frank to show u how... Don't even think of using someone else, he and his workers are a dream. “About 32 years ago Central Jersey Pools installed an L shaped 40' long pool in my yard and maintained it so we enjoyed every season. Then along came Hurricane Sandy and did damage to the pool. “This was my first pool and enclosure. I was blessed to be able to get them both at the same time. Alex was very professional and knowledgeable from the onset. I had many questions about the enclosure, as well as the pool. Alex was always professional and patient and answered all of my questions. Alex never pressured me on which enclosure to purchase. His company offers several models, in various price ranges and options. At first I was trying to select the most economical model. I didn't realize what I was looking at with my first choice. Eventually it dawned on me that I was choosing the wrong model for my needs. I wanted an enclosure that could double as a greenhouse. After further research and investigation, I decided to upgrade to what I really wanted. It was a lot more expensive, but I knew I was only going to do this once. Alex never tried to steer me to a more expensive enclosure, which I thought was remarkable. My enclosure is not cheap, but to me it is worth every dollar I spent. It has been a little over a year since my enclosure was installed. I have had zero problems with it. It has been a fantastic experience! The benefits of the enclosure are many. Pool maintenance is kept at an absolute minimum. Since the enclosure is retractable, many options are available. The enclosure itself is beautiful and highly functional. The structure is lockable, and provides a sense of security, as well as comfort . The list goes on and on. To Alex and his staff, keep up the great work!”
