“AMD Architecture is amazing! They are creative and practical. The client gets a one of a kind design that fits their exact lifestyle. I haven't met anyone in the industry who can match the listening skills as well as translating the clients desires into reality. If you want customer service, a custom and unique design while being mindful of the environment, hands down, I'd hire AMD! They work off word of mouth only...if you don't believe this rating...being able to operate a successful business since 1997 by word of mouth alone, tells all. AMD Architecture was "GREEN" and ecofriendly WAY before it became popular to do so...they are LEED certified and leaders in environmentally friendly designs and material usage.”

“We utilized Sean from Make Design to design our kitchen remodel a couple of years ago, and having used the new kitchen for a bit now I can safely say Sean has changed our lives. The new space Sean designed improved how we cook, eat, do homework and interact as a family. We had an out-dated kitchen with a challenging layout and Sean took the existing space and created a modern, fresh and functional kitchen for us enjoy for years to come. “I worked with Jody in 2003 on a major renovation of my home. From beginning to end of the project, she helped me through the entire process. She worked very closely with the contractor and kept me informed throughout the process. I moved out of my house for six months during construction and she was always available when needed. The project was completed on time and turned even better than I expected. Once Jody got to know me, she realized that I didn't do well with having too many options provided to me, so she figured out what I wanted and liked and narrowed the choices down which made the entire process much easier for me. That was only one of the things she did that made a big difference in my project. I sold my house in 2012 to downsize to a condo. Jody is currently working for me in another renovation project.”

“As first-time homebuilders (and me having no experience at all!), Hans was able to make all of our dreams and ideas come true, and if ever there was an issue, he explained very simply the problem of why that exact idea wouldn't be possible, but always still offered 2 or 3 similar options. Very calm, explains as much or as little as you want, and very eager to listen. Even when we had trouble with the city, he went out of his way to make it right to make sure we got our dream home! All his deadlines were met, but unfortunately an outside engineer he used slowed the process down quite a bit. You can never plan for everything, so slow-downs and hold-up's like engineers' personal problems have to be expected, I guess! Cost was what we expected for such a prestigious architect in the region, but we still ended up saving money in the long run by going with him right from the get-go.”

“As a developer we have used Salmans + Associates for over 30 years, Kelly Salmans has a very creative style, incredible perspective of size and shapes. From development layouts of a large scale developments over 55 acres, to small infill developments he has been able to design some great developments. On the construction side of Salmans + Associates Kelly and his team have produced some incredible custom homes. Again Kelly has a great perspective of size and placement of specific elements, doors, windows, roof lines, colors and styles. He has also been able to design some very impressive commercial structures. His layout of offices, entries and work areas fits with the needs of his clients. Kelly is an artist! He used his artistic and creative mind to help shape his clients needs. Need I say more?”
