“Boaz Golani, principal of BMG Design/Build designed and project managed an extensive renovation of our 1920s Tudor-revival house, focussing on kitchen and bathroom. The work required fully demolishing the spaces, to the studs, replacing wiring and plumbing, and executing a redesign which was true to the period details of the house, but kicked the whole place up a couple of levels in convenience and elegance. Golani was brilliant in his aesthetic and practical creative problem solving. He sourced and managed fine craftsmen, and was onsite everyday, keeping the job on time and budget. Few clients are as fortunate as we were in achieving all and more than we expected without any pains except the inevitable one of writing checks.”

“John was the representative I worked with from ASA Design Build. He portrayed himself very professionally. He seemed very knowledgeable about the construction process and would promptly respond to my questions about the process either by phone, email or text. He was able to move my project along at a reasonable pace and the subcontractors he used were all of high quality, meaning the subcontractors were knowledgeable, polite, quick workers and tidy. Last minute minor changes and tweets were never a problem. Customer satisfaction seems to be a priority with John and the ASA company. They are a full service company since John and ASA were able to generate the construction drawings for me, deal with city permitting, complete the build and arrange for all the city inspections. My build is done and am very satisfied. I will definately use them in the future.”
