More recently Tom designed and modified a garage, breezeway and merged into the main dweling for us. This created multiple challenges due to merging two structures (detached garage to a main dwelling including a breezeway), all with different roof pitches. In working with us, Tom not only designed the structures, he prepared graphical 3D views before construction and how the look would be during various times of the day, aka, sun movement.
