“Lex has a high degree of knowledge with structural and engineering aspects of design, so important for integrity of the project but also greatly streamlined the print review and permitting process. Lex also offers an amazing level of architectural design and detail that create a unique and blended project with the existing home. One would be hard pressed to find an architect with Lex's level of expertise, knowledge of architectural elements, along with such an amiable and pleasant attitude. “My wife and I bought 5 acres of land in order to build our dream house. We interviewed several Architects before selecting Daniel, and we are very happy we chose him. We wanted something different from the typical suburban production house that we had in Circle C Ranch. The design process with Daniel was fun and exciting as we figured out the how to best fit our home to the sloping land. We designed a home that specifically met our site and design goals. Daniel is very creative, really thinks out of the box, but is also conscious of figuring out the most cost efficient way to get what he is looking for and still maintain the integrity of the design. He was very receptive to our ideas and had positive input and information to help us design an addition to our home. It was a complicated design equation because we had to incorporate ADA livability. His lateral thinking made our ideas for these challenges even better. Can't thank him enough for his professionalism and friendly disposition. He was also very accommodating to our difficult schedules for meetings. Can't recommend him highly enough!”

“Franklin Zaldivar researched and designed a fireplace mantel for our 102 year old home. Carlos Zaldivar contracted the carpenter and the tile expert. The mantel is beautiful and looks as if it was built at the same time as the house. Our home is now the jewel of the neighborhood.”

“I have had the pleasure of working with Michael on a number of projects over the past 12 years. He has an incredible ability to work around obstacles (both financial and physical) to deliver plans that incorporate all of the must haves. He is patient and willing to redraft ideas until the client is in love with every part of the renovation/build. He has been beyond helpful with city approvals and the permit process and has remained fully engaged throughout the build and beyond. Michael is particularly knowledgeable about building materials and can readily recite the pros/cons of just about any stone, brick, insulation, roofing material, paint, finish, etc. that could be used. He is keen on the details and is willing to debate design decisions to insure the final product is both livable and fabulous looking. I cannot underscore enough how Michael’s talent and experience have helped cut away noise to push through the process quickly. I have recommended him to many friends/clients and will continue to work with him on any future design/build project(s).”
