“Joe Fournier did some great architectual design work on two large projects we did. A large remodel on one property and an almost complete rebuild on a second property. Joe acted as GC on the second job and did a wonderful job keeping things moving, helping us get good decisions made in a timely fashion and working closely with all the trades to ensure the work was coordinated and of high quality. The transformations to our properties were hugely successful and Joe was instrumental in helping us get to a place where the homes work so much better for our lifestyle. Highly recommend Joe's work (and already have several times).”

“Aaron worked with us over a multi-month, fairly extensive renovation of the top floor, roof deck, and interior stairs of our condo. I highly recommend anyone considering working with Aaron Weinert and his team. Aaron is smart, thoughtful, and listens well. He knows the South End of Boston extremely well and was able to execute a design that struck a wonderful balance between a clean, contemporary open design and one that also respects the heritage of the older building and neighborhood in which our unit resides. Aaron also understands the permitting process with the Boston Landmarks Commission, which can be quite tricky when altering the outside of a historic building, and was able to smoothly shepherd us through without a hitch.”

From the first meeting we had with him in January 2017, he understood the vision for our home and designed a open floor plan that reflected our lifestyle. There was never a time when we were not on the same page when finalizing the design or picking materials or even deciding on paint colors. Stephen is detail oriented, incredibly responsive, and always mindful of our budget restrictions.
