“We contracted with a designer for an addition, approx. 460 SF. The process was smooth with helpful tips and hints, and the designer incorporated our feedback.The specs were reasonable and not excessively expensive, and met our needs. To this day it is the most used room in the house.”

“I've worked with Justin and Cipriani Studios in the past at a previous firm. We worked side by side with Justin to help develop his projects. He has a very keen eye for the crisp lines and modern details that make his projects really pop. I've always thought of myself as one of the more pragmatic architects, while Justin is much more the dreamer and visionary, and it shows in his beautiful and original designs. He's one of the few architects or designers I know who is putting out really high end modern design in the Pittsburgh region, and it's a truly refreshing experience compared to so many of the cookie cutter suburban developments that continually take place. Justin is willing to take a risk on good design and urban infill projects, and it's paying off!”

“Mark was extremely responsive and proactive in regards to our remodeling plan. He took the time to really listen to our needs and support the enhancements we wanted to make to our house while juggling the limitations of our budget with architectural requirements. His design beautifully represented both me and my husbands preferences (which were on both sides of the spectrum). He was very polished and professional throughout the process. “Matt is great to work with! He came into the disaster zone that was my first complete property overhaul. His vision paralleled mine and he was able to give advice on design ideas I had not previously considered. For example, I knew I wanted to open up my kitchen to flow into the dining room but Matt had a brilliant idea to that allowed me to do this while also creating more counter space AND a pantry in my tiny kitchen while still feeling very open. With Matt, we also created a whole new bathroom and expanded existing bedrooms by removing one half side of a cape cod roof and replacing it with a dormer that ran the length of the house. It added over 400sq/ft of living space to the house. He was very responsive to any concerns I had and provided me with all the information I needed about my reconstruction design. Matt was available when I needed him and met all timelines. I am more than please with the results and will definitely use Matt on future projects!”

“We worked with Samantha to design and reconfigure our master suite. From start to finish, Sam was super pleasant to work with, and went above and beyond to insure that we were happy with our project. Sam was a great listener and communicator and incorporated all of our wishes into her design, while introducing us to new innovative ideas. She helped with the selection of all materials, worked seamlessly with our contractor and designer, and gave great attention to detail. Our end result is an amazing master bedroom and bath suite which we are enjoying immensely. I highly recommend Sam and would use her again in the future without hesitation.”

“Devlin Architecture designed an addition for our home when our family was young. 18 years later, we are still delighted with the results and regularly receive compliments from visitors. Doug has a great eye, and some of his recommendations, such as higher ceilings and an upstairs deck and pergola outside the master bedroom, remain much appreciated. We also benefited from having Doug oversee a contractor who was not always paying close attention to detail. Highly recommend!”
