“The centerpiece of our home renovation was a floating, black walnut spiral staircase envisioned by Jibe Design principal Juliet Whelan. It is breathtaking, and brings architectural distinctiveness as well as light into our row home. The project also gave us several more feet of precious space thanks to the removal of a chimney we did not realize was behind a wall. Whelan came into our space and saw all kinds of fresh possibilities, but also succeeded at learning and honoring our aesthetic. It was a pleasure to work with Jibe Design. From start to finish, we appreciated the design sophistication, professionalism and good communication.”

“We had a few issues due to unexpected conditions which were delaying our completion date. I called Justin and he reviewed the plan and specs, discovering some misinterpretation of a few code issues. He was not the original architect, but agreed to assist us. JPF Architects got it all sorted out for us. I plan to call and have them take the next project on from the beginning stages.”

“Jeff Spoelker was excellent through the whole process. My wife and I loved the work that he had done when he was with Lyman Perry Assoc. We wanted the Nantucket look even though we were only building on an 18 acre lake. One of his strengths beyond design was bringing ideas to us on types of light fixtures, flooring choices, and even landscape options that would work. For example, as we moved through the planning process, Jeff recommended that we put in a fire pit down by the lake. We would have never thought of it. We have had so much fun using it with friends, family and neighbors. The bottom line for us was we really didn't know what we wanted when we started thinking about building our "dream home". Hiring a good architect is a must. Jeff is one of them!”

“We worked with Samantha to design and reconfigure our master suite. From start to finish, Sam was super pleasant to work with, and went above and beyond to insure that we were happy with our project. Sam was a great listener and communicator and incorporated all of our wishes into her design, while introducing us to new innovative ideas. She helped with the selection of all materials, worked seamlessly with our contractor and designer, and gave great attention to detail. Our end result is an amazing master bedroom and bath suite which we are enjoying immensely. I highly recommend Sam and would use her again in the future without hesitation.”

When we first spoke with Emily, we knew right away she would be someone to help make this massive transformation, a joy, rather than burden. From start to finish, Emily was incredible, patiently listening to our visions for the house, curating designs, textures, colors, and pieces, all based on observing and understanding our own styles. The finished result - a house, a home, that is exactly as we had envisioned, making better use of the space, while still keeping the original charm of this house. Emily was spot on with her eye…. From architectural work, to interior details, making this 10 month renovation process that much simpler, and easier. We would highly recommend Emily to anyone looking for architectural and design work for their home.'”
