“My husband and I hired Renee at RAW Design & Consulting for purposes of planning and designing a partial renovation of our 1950's home in Miami, Florida. We were relocating our kitchen and adding a bathroom to our 3/2, along with some other superficial changes. Although we ultimately chose to scale back the project significantly, we worked with Renee through the completion of the design stage and were just about ready to send the final plans to the city for their review and approval. The final plans were fantastic and included structural, mechanical, electrical and other design elements. As first time homeowners (and renovators), we really appreciated Renee's insight and constructive feedback with respect to what would and would not work for our home. “an excellent professional! Max provides modular house projects for our company, we had a lot of ideas but we lacked the boy's talent in our team, Max was able to provide solutions in style and sustainability and also methodology to execute, he provided me with a work book with several observations to make it viable in the construction site, not to mention that he provides all the printed layouts, apart from that he also provided us with material with a QR code for each worker to read the projects on their own cell phone, I highly recommend it!!!
