He gets the liaising done between the Client and the Design Team so that we can just get on with the work. “Our experience with Go plans has been excellent. They arranged a home visit at very short notice, listened to our suggestions and compiled the initial drawings relatively quickly. They also successfully handled the whole planning permission process for us and provided a very fast and professional response to the requests and changes requested by the planning officer. “Designed a Garden Room extension to the back of a 1960s house in a 20th Century Conservation Area to create an 'integrated living' feel to the ground floor including taking the kitchen into this space. The Architects worked collaboratively with us, taking the design through the Planning process, producing detailed tender documents to enable us to select an appropriate builder. Remaining in the background but available to support us during the construction period.”

“Geoff took on a property development (mixed commercial and residential) for us through design, quotes, appointment of contractors and project management. Throughout he was thoroughly professional, always on hand to answer questions and to deal with problems and fully in command of expenditure ensuring that we got value for money at every stage. He made excellent use of space proving us with modern, high value rentals that were easy to let. He has been very helpful all through the process and has continued to be so for the two years since its completion. We found him to be personable, friendly and very easy to get on with and would highly recommend him for both commercial and residential projects.”

“VC Design was recommended to me and I would do the same without hesitation. We contacted Veronica about drawing up plans for our ground floor extension and although conceptually we had a clear idea of what we wanted to she was invaluable in advising us how to best use the space and our options within the parameters of planning. She also contacted previous clients and arranged for us to see the work they had done, this allowed us to see first hand some of the ideas we had discussed. Veronica submitted the planning application and we have now received our approval - a job very well done.”

“CATO creative have designed and project management our house refurbishment. They've literally done everything for us and have designed a fantastic family home that considers everybody including the cats. Right from the start the level of creativity and imagination has they have shown has been fantastic. I never imagined that we've have fairground lights in the loo, a metal staircase to the loft and a gloss red staircase in the hallway - We have! Throughout the process they involved us fully in the fun bits and left us out of all the hard work. They took care of all the planning and permissions required to start the works. To find a builder the team completed a tender for us helping us appoint the right contractor. During the build they managed everybody making sure it all happened at the right time. Hopefully the photographs will be shared soon.”

“We employed Christine Peever to provide us with architectural services to renovate a 4 storey property dating back to 1912. The property was in a very poor state and we had no experience of such a project. Christine was an excellent listener to our needs and I felt she understood our strengths and weaknesses as her clients and adapted herself to us both as individuals to create our vision. Her note taking was faultless and she carried out all changes with exactness and efficiency, of which there were many! We also have to thank her for her endless patience during the decision making processes. She pushed us hard to make as many decisions as possible before going out to tender and this has inevitably assisted us with keeping our budget under control. We look forward to welcoming her back to the property shortly so that she can see what she helped us to create.”
