They also successfully handled the whole planning permission process for us and provided a very fast and professional response to the requests and changes requested by the planning officer. “VC Design was recommended to me and I would do the same without hesitation. We contacted Veronica about drawing up plans for our ground floor extension and although conceptually we had a clear idea of what we wanted to she was invaluable in advising us how to best use the space and our options within the parameters of planning. She also contacted previous clients and arranged for us to see the work they had done, this allowed us to see first hand some of the ideas we had discussed. Veronica submitted the planning application and we have now received our approval - a job very well done.”

“Property team offered a competitive and modular pricing scheme to get through the planning stages from inception through to detailed plans. They've took over from a previous architect. Since then they've been out and took measurements and we've had Zoom/Teams calls to go through the design where we're able to add and remove items, talk through and visualise the options available. The guys are full of ideas and have a wealth of experience. On-line editing plans and spinning around the house in 3D view to see how things will look. Something our previous architect couldn't do. It's easier working with these guys remote than with someone who turned up and sat in our house. Looking forward to the revised plans being approved and getting into the detailed design.”

Kathryn then took over on a day to day basis as project manager and I cannot praise her highly enough. Dealing with the local authority, building control, structural engineers and the many contractors was done with calm and determination and I now have my dream space.”

“Yihyi has helped our family on a couple of occasions, and both have gone so well that we intend to get her involved in a third project. We can't recommend her highly enough. She helped my brother turn a two bed one bath flat into a three bed two bath flat, creating a great family home from a small space, with flair and care - but without a huge budget. A couple of years later, she has helped me update my loft space and create a living and sleeping space that we absolutely love, and also reworked my bathroom, shower room and small toilet - all of which I love. If you get the chance to hire her - do it!”

“Designed a Garden Room extension to the back of a 1960s house in a 20th Century Conservation Area to create an 'integrated living' feel to the ground floor including taking the kitchen into this space. The Architects worked collaboratively with us, taking the design through the Planning process, producing detailed tender documents to enable us to select an appropriate builder. Remaining in the background but available to support us during the construction period.”
