“Maya worked closely with us to produce layouts and building regulation submission for the proposed conversion of an attached garage to extend the existing kitchen, create a utility and a 3rd bedroom/study with ensuite at our property in Kingswinford. Maya was extremely professional and prompt with her responses. She sourced a structural engineer to carry the structural design required for the proposed modifications. We can thoroughly recommend Maya Architects.”

“Dane was recommended to me through a mutual friend. Very approachable, friendly and willing to help. He arranged a site visit, listened to our ideas then went away to put it all together on paper including 3D illustrations which gave a excellent realistic vision of what we were aiming to achieve. With his vast knowledge, he gave us alternative ideas to which we decided to go with the option of a full height vaulted ceiling allowing for larger skylight on stairwell creating much more bright open space. Dane also supplied us full construction drawings, dealt with building control and any queries they had right up to the start of the build. He has also been on hand with any questions we’ve had during the build. He was very prompt will all the plans throughout and fees are reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Dane, very professional and competent.”

“Ben delivered an exceptional kitchen and living extension for us and we would highly recommend him. His design whilst unique and contemporary also took into account our existing house style and he managed to marry the two together nicely. His style was excellent as he pushed the boundaries with the design but also took into account all of our needs and the practicalities required in a family home. We also asked Ben to project manage the building for us and this took the stress out of the job and made sure that we got an exceptional end result. “Bryn & Mark created the plans for our extension. They gave really great advice from the start. Compared to just asking a builder how they would add on a 3m kitchen extension they really came up with ideas that has created a fantastic, practical and delightful space. They were flexible working with us to tweak the drawings to make sure we had storage and power etc everywhere we wanted. We are thrilled with the end result and could not have achieved this without their vision.”
