“We needed a pavilion to go alongside our new pool. I reached out to Kyle with a basic description of what we needed and he was able to quickly provide an initial plan. I gave feedback on what we wanted changed--basically have it be more modern than traditional--and within a couple days, he came up with a really impressive design that met all our needs!! The plan detailed all of the material specifications and hardware. I realized I needed to add an existing deck to the plan and Kyle offered to do that for free! For a small fee, he also provided takeoffs that let me know exactly the amount of material I needed. For the build, I feel much better about going with a contractor that I haven't worked with before because I know everything they need is in the plan, and I can even inspect their work myself based on the plan! I highly recommend Kyle and would definitely go with him the next time I need to build anything! I'll post pictures when the build is done.”

“Forsite Studio handled the design/construction of a detached carport and accessory dwelling unit, plus additions to main house. A professional, creative and conscientious team, they were easy to work with and it was a fun project. The apartment was featured on the city's annual "cool house" tour for energy-efficient homes. It is beautifully designed and is currently rented for top dollar. I highly recommend Forsite Studio.”

“In 2011, I bought a new construction condo. With the exception of the stove/oven, dishwasher, and water heater, there were no other appliances or furniture. I travel often and never have 4-6 weeks in a row at home - the usual time frame for ordering/receiving furniture. Paula Ables Interiors had done the models for the condo sales office and I love her style. I contacted her, agreed to a budget, and gave her the key. Over a period of a couple of months - this was my time frame - she and her staff did everything from furniture and appliances to hanging (my) art on the walls and painting. At the end, I came home from a long trip and went to my new place for the first time. I was amazed. Everything was in place and looked fantastic. I couldn't be happier and haven't stopped recommending her to my family and friends. The most amazing thing is she actually listens to you, understands you personal style and preferences, and works her magic to produce a wonderful, practical, and liveable home. Over a year later, the design she made for me still works and is easy to maintain as 'showroom' stylish as when she completed it. That is an incredible feat. I continue to use her for any design project I have and am never disappointed. Couldn't be happier!”

“We hired Janet to help us design our home on Lake Travis. She was an absolute delight to work with throughout the entire process. I am one of those clients that has a very specific idea of what I want. And Janet is one of those designers that actually listens to what the client has in mind, and then helps them make it even better. She wan't creating her idea of our perfect home, she was helping us create our vision for our home. She was timely and professional, but also has a great sense of humor. Probbably the only negative thing anyone could say about her is that she is a work-a-holic...because she truly loves what she does! Would I hire her again? Absolutely! “We hired Traci Kelley to draw up our house plans after considering doing it ourselves, realizing that we had gotten in over our heads. We are so glad that we went with her. I was very happy with her from the first meeting. She listened to what we wanted and gave her own input that ended up being far better than what I had imagined and thought of things that I had not considered. Her expertise was greatly appreciated. I got absolutely everything I wanted and more without any costly back and forth, we did some minor changes to the very first draft and that was it.
