“I can't recommend Richard highly enough. We purchased a large property built in 1836, it needed a lot of work. Richard was brilliant from start to finish. He quickly drew up plans for the entire house which is 3 floors and a cellar. He listened to what we wanted to change and made fantastic suggestions. He made the enquiries we needed to check planning issues with the council. He liaised with our builders on what we wanted. He organised structural engineers to visit, and specialist damp people to look at our cellar. He is always quick to respond and didn't mind when we changed our mind countless times. We are delighted with our beautiful family home. Richard's experience was invaluable and we have used him on a number of other projects relating to our business.”

“We met a few architects and Adrian was the one we warmed to the most. We hit a number of objections with the planners but 6 amended drawings later and Adrian’s patience we got planning permission. Our development is just coming to an end and we are delighted with the results. Now for the hard work, decorating choosing furnishings etc! We would highly recommend Adrian to help with anyone’s project.”

“Stuart was so very helpful to me during my recent planning application to Durham council. He was prompt and efficient, indeed he visited the property within a day of me contacting him and had all the plans drawn up within a couple of days. He even completed and lodged the application form with the council when I was experiencing problems doing this online. He did all this for an exceptionally reasonable price. “We initially engaged ParkDesigned (Edward) as a consultant to explore options with our property. Their enthusiasm and design flair turned a dubious ill thought out previous extension into a light filled, modern and very practical place to live. They were able to manage the whole design and planning process which certainly kept stress low. Park also provided us with recommendations re builders which we followed and they also provided management in this aspect as well and although one or two snags occurred during the 9 month project they were dealt with in a professional manner and too our satisfaction I would strongly recommend them - they are currently working on a new project for me and that says it all !”

“We would highly recommend Anthony, Nigel and wider team, they come with years experience and have a wealth of knowledge in HMOs specifically which is what we were interested in. They were great in getting plans created and in securing planning permission and had good knowledge of the process.
