Leah has an amazing talent for listening to what I (and other clients) want, drawing a picture and turning those conversations and pictures into examples of exactly what I want. As a builder/remodeling contractor, we have collaborated on projects as diverse as minor remodels, new home construction, major additions and renovations of existing homes, the construction of a commercial bookstore-coffee shop and total renovation/rebuilding of a 3000 square foot Hurricane Katrina-damaged church 400 feet from the Gulf of Mexico, a project that became a 7400 square foot church raised 14 feet in the air on carefully designed piers. Her vision and thorough attention to details made this $2 million project a very visible example of rebuilding on the Coast. We have worked with Leah regularly for over 5 years and I look forward to dealing with Watters Architecture on a continuing basis.”

With personal touches Sam gave our home the character we both identify with including touches of technology to make our home comfortable and very livable.
