“Andrea designed a complete backyard remodel for us that involved extensive grading, hardscape and landscaping. The job turned out even better than expected and we constantly get accolades on the design. She chose the plants beautifully and 5 years out the yard looks better than ever and the plants have maintained and grown in even with restricted water use. I would highly recommend her and we plan to use her services again!”

“This team was contracted to do the architectural work on an addition to my home. I sketched out the overall design. Nong listened and offered his suggestions. At the conclusion, his overall design and improvements when far beyond what I had envisioned. He walk through all the paperwork and time needed to get all the permits which allowed me time to take care of the family and talk about the new look. The project is still under construction, but I know my family and I will be happy with what we both (myself and Nong) envisioned.”

“I worked with Sean on an addition to our home and could not be more happy. The first thing that I noticed when working with Sean was his attention to detail. He is incredibly creative and I was worried I would not be able to find someone who shared my vision and aesthetic; however, nothing could be further from the truth with Sean. He listened well and incorporated feedback into an amazing design that seamlessly fits our home. Another aspect of working with Sean that put me at ease was his professionalism. He was a strong advocate for us throughout the process and working with the city and our builder. Sean caught mistakes and flaws from the builder and ensured that our vision was executed perfectly at every step of the way. When people come over to our house many do not realize that the addition was, in fact, an addition. The design is seamless and matched the flow and look of home both on the interior as well as exterior. We only get compliments from the design and work. There is no doubt in my mind that I will work with Sean again for any other projects in the future and I would highly recommend him if you want to create something visually spectacular, expertly designed with thought and purpose, and when people look at it to be impressed.”

“We hired Joyce as our architect and we would do it again! We remodeled our very outdated 1950's house in Sunnyvale. The project included structural changes, new kitchen, all new lights, windows, doors, concrete, floors, sliding doors... Basically we ended up with a brand new front half of the house. Joyce walked us through the entire process, from design to bidding to construction management. There's no doubt about the high quality of Joyce's design and drawings! She is a really talented architect with wonderful ideas. She was respectful of our budget and was really flexible with her time as well. She went above and beyond what we expected from an architect and we ended up with a really awesome remodeled home.”
