“LKM Design completed a whole house renovation (and major addition) with us. I say "with us" versus "for us" intentionally. She listened to all of our thoughts , comments, concerns during the design process. In turn, this lead to a very smooth construction process. She was a true professional, as was her staff. “Don Bladja and his team at Koal PLLC have provided remarkably professional and creative work product for our home development efforts. It has been a joy to see our vision unfold with Don as he deftly works with our builder, his structural engineering partner, our cabinet maker, and others on our complex project. He has taken a very rough plan, started by another architectural firm with which we were unsatisfied, mixed in quite a number of unique and complicated requests from us along with forbidding site restrictions and has turned it into a detailed set of drawings that has "wowed" all with whom we have shared. Our builder and his tradesmen have easily implemented our shared vision straight from Don's plans. Many of our complicated requests, including a float room, sauna, elevator, and golf simulator/theater/business conference room combination (to name just a few) started as simple ideas scribbled on a napkin. With Don's expertise and experience, he quickly showed us many alternatives; turning our crazy simple sketches into detailed plans that worked within our uniquely challenging house footprint. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Don and his team. We only wish there were more than 5 stars to rate Koal PLLC, so you would more fully understand how impressed we have been!”

“Z Master Builders renovated our antique farmhouse in Groton, ma. Giving it a modern update while keeping the beautiful exposed wood and flooring. It was a gut remodel that included a septic and new well. It started with the foundation and new sills and was my passion project. Brian Zagorites is someone I wholeheartedly recommend. His work quality is exceptional, his architectural designs are amazing and he has such an easy going demeanor while keeping projects on time and on budget. Melissa Zagorites brought in her design flair with our lighting plans as well as interior design and finish specifications - he work is visionary. Her wealth of industry knowledge and fun personality were so enjoyable to work with. I have asked them to travel to build with me again in 2024, this time in Texas. They are that good!”

“I have used Charles and CBD Designs for two projects. The first was an addition to our home adding a master bedroom, master bath, and family room. The second can be seen here on Houzz. It was a kitchen remodel. See here: https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/120364483/list/nashua-kitchen-2019-by-cbd-design-charles-okorie Charles is very detail oriented and professional. He puts his heart and soul into the project and is looking to make sure that the project goes as planned. He worked very hard to get the right cabinets in place as well as the design to my satisfaction. I can not be more complimentary of his work. The details of the project are included with the pictures. If you live in the Southern NH area or even in MA, Charles is a great choice for these sorts of jobs. Even to just get plans to get quotes, Charles is your man.”
