“Andrew helped us file for an Alt-2 permit with the NYC DOB. He also helped us with our co-op board package. His services included initial consultation, measurements, architectural drawings, plumbing plan, statement of work being done, filing of permit (with an expeditor), permit pulling, and other certifications required by our board. Andrew was very responsive and flexible. He was able to set up an initial consultation within 24 hours. He came prepared and measured our apartment during the consultation. We executed the contract and the first payment was made shortly thereafter. Andrew has completed all of the work in his scope and has done an amazing job. Even during the renovation process, he went above and beyond his duties and continued checking in. Andrew has provided an A+ experience and we have already recommended him to a couple of friends. He's a class act and will respond very quickly in a professional and polite manner.”

“Kevin was highly recommended to us and has a great reputation in the area. We soon found out exactly why he has earned that reputation. Kevin was our guiding light, helping us through our remodel design and construction process, which included adding another story to our lake house. He came up with great ideas for our kitchen remodel and bathroom remodel as well. He was infinitely patient with us as we went through several iterations of the design. He always offered expert advice and was detail-oriented and thorough. His services are very well worth the money if you want a quality home design! Thank you Kevin!”

She incorporated all of our requests creatively - including a sunrise window - even tho' the addition faces northwest - a feat that seemed impossible.”
