“Mike at Premium was a tremendous help in the complete renovation and remodelling of several properties in Victoria. His expertise and knowledge of both the design and construction of a complex project like these helped make them all successful. There were many design decisions that were needed to maximize the usability of the space, as we transferred many of the properties into highly desirable rental suites. Our tenants loved the final designs. Mike's expertise about the the full project scope (design, permits, construction, market) prevented us from making costly mistakes, while also enhancing the properties in their completed state. We will continue to work with Mike, and can't recommend him enough. The projects that we completed with Mike yielded properties that were instantly rented to long term tenants.”

He jumped right to work in meeting us at the property to check it out. He provided a very reasonable quote for his services. And then the design services began...he is so prompt in his work, he is versed in understanding and will guide you in the permit, contracting, and engineering aspects as well. “It was great working with Lindsay putting together a design for my first house. He listened and provided some great suggestions, and his first draft was almost perfect. The big thing for me was we were working under a deadline to take advantage of a free building permit offer from Langford that was ending. He made the adjustments quickly and we got them in on time. Since then I have hired Aspire a couple time through my work to get some quick drawings with good results.”

“Designward not only developed the renovation plans and provided the interior design services, they managed the total process. Their ability to work with the contract manager and the various skilled artisans resulted in outcomes beyond our expectations. Because of the distance between our two homes (about 2500 miles), we relied heavily on Designward to insure that all the aspects of a major renovation, furniture purchase,delivery,installation and arrangement fell into place in a timely manner. Their guidance creating an home that fells like "our home not the designer's " is one characteristic that makes Designward a top quality firm. The fact that Bonnie and Don are easy to work with and responsive to our needs made this daunting task enjoyable. “Gillian helped me to redecorate my condominium. I am thrilled with the results as well as the fact that she was able to work within my budget (which was not very large).
