“We live in Rockaway Beach, NY and needed to lift our house in anticipation of the possibility of another superstorm Sandy. Making our old entry and porch (of the existing house) work with a new set of steps to our residence, as well accommodating the access to the rear rental unit, was a challenging design problem. The milktrout team suggested a number of schemes and helped us think about how best to take advantage of the 8' of new space below our house. We would not hesitate to recommend milktrout for their ability to quickly and effectively work through the opportunities and challenges of a complicated project.”
