“Joe Fournier did some great architectual design work on two large projects we did. A large remodel on one property and an almost complete rebuild on a second property. Joe acted as GC on the second job and did a wonderful job keeping things moving, helping us get good decisions made in a timely fashion and working closely with all the trades to ensure the work was coordinated and of high quality. The transformations to our properties were hugely successful and Joe was instrumental in helping us get to a place where the homes work so much better for our lifestyle. “We did a complete gut and remodel of almost our entire home, and Aimee did all of the design work, from conception to execution, including the kitchen and great room, two bathrooms, 3 bedrooms. We had the best experience, from start to finish. She got to know us and had an amazing understanding of our style, and was able to make suggestions and streamline the whole process. We couldn't be happier with how it came out. “Michael does a great job of listening to what you want and then translating that into a plan. He has a great eye and understands from a practical standpoint how people will flow through a space. While MIchael's tastes are on the modern side, my taste is more "transitional" and Michael has been able to do a great job of taking my preferences and making them work. Having said that, he has a great eye, and I almost take his recommendations and have been happy I did. MIchael is very responsive and will take all the time needed to revise a plan so that every detail is accounted for. In my almost 10 years post renovation, I have recommended Michael to 5 sets of friends who hired him and they have all been very happy with the results and have gone on to recommend him as well. Michael is sensitive to budgets, knows how to communicate with contractors, and regulators (i.e, City hall) and on top of all that, from a client perspective, he is very pleasant and eager to please. He does not disappoint.”

“I have hired Ernie DeMaio on numerous occasions over the last 20 years for both residential and commercial architectural services. To me it's very basic. He delivers a great product for a fair price. On time. Everytime. He can handle anything from large scale commercial projects to simple sun room additions. His designs incorporate all that I request and more, he gives me all the details & specifications I need to build it easily, and my clients are always happy at the end.
