“Mine was the Brooklyn Brownstone in Maria's photographs. Working with her was an extraordinary experience. She created the architectural design for our third floor kitchen and our downstairs duplex renovations, coming up with a series of design ideas that were both beautiful and within our budget. She helped select our contractor and collaborated with him during each stage of both projects. She made weekly visits to the job site, and just as importantly, the contractor would call Maria with questions as the work progressed thereby avoiding costly “do overs.” She completed both projects within our budget and even more surprisingly, on time! The results of her design work and project management are there for you to see on her design pages. I would recommend her unequivocally.”

“Katie has been a wonderful professional to work with. She is creative, very diligent and timely in her work. Katie has helped us organize our project very well, educating us on the entire design and building process. She has been very conscious about keeping us on budget and has worked very collaboratively with our builder. Katie listens well to our ideas, and is flexible and adaptive with her ideas. Her drawings, plans and schedules are clear and complete. We have wanted to be ecologically careful and design a home that is respectful of environmental factors. She has been a great support in these areas. She has also been a big help in designing our soft interior designs, carpets, window treatments, furniture, pillows etc. She helped us repurpose furniture that compliments our vision and has sensitively advised us on moving on items that do not compliment our project design. She has an eye for light, color and simplicity that I appreciate. She is the whole package.”

“We met Doug while searching for a new home. Our realtor recommended him to us. We knew we wanted to find a place in town and then renovate it. Doug actually worked with us on 2 posibilities that fell through and then with the 3rd which we bought. He did the leg work on all 3 with the town hall and the building inpector to make sure we could do the renovations we were thinking of for them prior to making an offer. While working with Doug on our plans we found him to be very professional - always willing to meet with us and incorporate the changes in the designs to meet our vision. Doug went above and beyond to make sure our permits were in order. He actually attended 2 different Town Building Design meetings with me to answer any questions they had regarding our plans. He gave us an estimate and stayed true to that .... He worked well with our builder and the job went smoothly. I would definite use Doug again in the future. WE LOVE OUR HOUSE !! It is exactly what we wanted -- thanks to Doug and our builder.”

“Lisa Carlisle gutted out my old kitchen and designed a new modern kitchen beautiful in design and efficient in function. She also designed a master bathroom and was able to provide a contemporary design and exquisite en suite. Lisa worked with me to incorporate my budget and ideas into her design.She worked closely with my contractor and adapted to changes as they arose. “Don Richardson was such a pleasure to work with as his design, creativity, knowledge and professionalism were brilliant. Several times, Don went the extra mile (literally) to bring samples, discuss decisions and patiently explore alternatives. His rapport with the crew was fabulous and led to very smooth execution of the project, basically a guest house on our property for our extended family. Don designed the bedroom of our young grandson as a totally sweet cabin room with a stunning view of the trees around it. Our grandson woke up the first morning in his new room, whispering to his mother that he was in the middle of a forest!”

“We really enjoyed working with Bill Lee and his team and watching how they brought our ideas to life through the design of our new home. Lee & Associates never missed a design milestone and we were always excited to see how our design evolved from meeting to meeting. Our new home is beautiful to look at, as functional as it is fun and so comfortable. Bill Lee took advantage of the sweeping views of Plymouth Bay and situated every key room so that each had a stunning landscape to see. Our home is light and perfect for entertaining any time of year. We feel we made the best choice in picking William Lee Architect & Associates.....we would make the same choice if we had to do it all over again!”
