“Susan was a pleasure to work with. We wanted to expand our home, but stay in keeping with the original look and feel of the colonial. Susan took our ideas and put them on paper, and worked with us to get not just the big picture but also little details just right - from the width of the long hallway to the arch of the portico. Our house still gets compliments more than a year and a half later dash from strangers and steal from neighbors who simply enjoy looking at the house. We would use Susan again and recommend her in a heartbeat for anyone looking to plan a home renovation.”

“Joe Fournier did some great architectual design work on two large projects we did. A large remodel on one property and an almost complete rebuild on a second property. Joe acted as GC on the second job and did a wonderful job keeping things moving, helping us get good decisions made in a timely fashion and working closely with all the trades to ensure the work was coordinated and of high quality. “Light House Design was the architecture firm I hired for a major house renovation involving knocking down interior walls, adding a four season porch, moving a bathroom, adding a deck and front entryway, as well as new windows, roof, exterior siding, and electrical system. They provided a thoughtful and attractive design in keeping with the style of the house. They listened to our goals and suggestions and often incorporated them in the drawings they created. When they disagreed, they explained why the suggestions were impossible or undesirable. Very attentive to detail, and cost conscious. They were also helpful in providing an objective viewpoint of the contractor's work”
