“We chose Eric to design a 430 sq foot game room, with walk-in 'pantry, built-ins etc in 2010. The kitchen wall was knocked down so the game-room and kitchen are open with a granite bar between them. Great work. He went from color pencil concept sketches, thru approval drawings and finals. The end result is very open and light, with a very large custom skylight providing natural light to the pool table by day. My wife loves the walk-in pnatry. Very personable and smart fellow. Not too expensive.”

“Ed was hired as my design expert / Architect and was responsible for design & plan creation of our new home. Many people like myself will not have but one time in his or her life that we will build our dream home & we want that experience to be as pleasurable & exacting as possible & our ultimate goal to see the home in our minds become reality on the ground. With that comes quite a bit of planning, creative thinking & talent necessary to make that dream home become a reality. Without a doubt, Ed Churchman has the ability to make that dram come true. I have never dealt with anyone so intense with the goal of pleasing his customer. Another asset that sets Ed apart from his competitors is his extensive hands on knowledge of the construction process. So many others will have great ideas but with not a clue as to how it is to be constructed, or even if it can be constructed the way they have designed. As a 25 yr veteran in the construction industry my self, I can honestly say that I am very impressed by Eds hands on knowledge of the building business & his abilities to understand and make it happen. If you have a visual of that long dreamed about "perfect home" & are ready to get serious about your plans to build that dream home, I can assure you that you will not be disappointed by hiring Paragon Residential Design & Mr Ed Churchman. Firm817 is hands on , detail oriented and extremely creative . Joe an architect and Tracy an interior designer and together they are the perfect team. Would not consider another project without them.
