“We hired Sam to help us renovate a very lovely but rundown Victorian home just by the Brighton sea front. It was in desperate need of repairs and was also our first home. Sam and his team are very accommodating to our wants and needs for the home which will double as both a family home and workspace as well 2 holiday lets. It's been a very long and large-scale project and we are very satisfied. Would recommend.”

Several versions were done in excellent detail and this gave us lots of ideas about what we will do when we have the cash in the bank. The drawings are of course only the first step, but we were very happy with the process (very friendly yet professional) and it was exactly what we needed at this stage.
