“I used PLM Architects when I was going to put an extension on my building for my business. They did such a Great Job that I hired them to design the extension i put on my house. They are easy to deal with and always responded to my emails and any changes I wanted along the way. I think the thing that I liked the most was when I handed in the Architects plans to the township they said that the Architect did a Great Job and was very thorough. That saved me so much time, money and frustration. During the construction of my projects, when I had to alter anything PLM Architects were very easy to get hold of and make the changes I needed. I would very highly recommend them”

“after looking at hundreds of kitchen islands i found one on houzz.com that was completely different than all the generic ones. it was a beautiful craftman cherry wood piece of furniture 82x45 that could be handed down through the family for generations. i contacted him and he made drawings of the table which i had made (we live across the country from each other). subsequently i had many questions, having never done a kitchen remodel before. richard took all my calls, was so helpful with any question i had. we talked about countertops, electrical outlets, hardware, and in the process i realized i had found not only a beautiful blueprint for a magnificent and unique kitchen worktable (we never say "island" around here anymore!) but a very decent man who was a delight to talk to. his work is precise, clean, has a "forever" feel, and his personality matches his skills with design and wood. he's a great guy to work with. i couldn't be happier with the outcome.”

“Robert Stack, Architect and Builder, We chose Rob initially to raise our expanded Cape Cod with some second floor alterations. Hurricane Sandy had other plans for us! We revised our plans and tore our house down. Rob worked with us and designed a beautiful family home taking into consideration all of the many things we wanted, including two master suites, building a separate garage (not under the house), and having a unique roof line to avoid that cookie-cutter look that often happens with post-Sandy projects. Rob and his staff are meticulous in their work, and their contractors are of the highest quality. He takes personal accountability of the job from beginning to end, Of special note is that during the build, my neighbors all commented on the attention given to the job site itself. It was the cleanest job site they had ever seen.”

“My wife and I engaged with Mimi Yun to develop a design for the lower level of our home to create a wine cellar with a dining area, bar, bath, bedroom and cedar closet. The finished design was exactly what we were lookin for. The wine cellar and dining area were recently spotlighted in Wine Entusiast magazine and on their web site.
