“Henry designed a home for us in Mediterra in 2007. We had such an amazing experience we decided to design and build another home with him. The words "this can't be done" do not come out of his mouth. If you want the best personalized service then Henry is your man! The attention to detail is amazing. “Progressive Builders did a significant project for us: new kitchen, family room, new ceramic tile throughout the house, moved a wall in a bedroom, new paint in most of our rooms and a total new paint job on the exterior of the house. They covered all the details of the job before we left for the summer and started 1 weeks after we left. They kept us informed weekly with emails, photos, and phone calls when necessary and finished the job 2 week before we came back in the fall. They did an excellent, outstanding job and the punch list took less than 6 hours to complete. I will use them again for our next remodel project. Excellent, Excellent , Excellent!”

“Lars did a complete remodel of our home including reengineering ceilings and floorplans. He was very active in the construction process and was on site on a regular basis making sure things were done correctly and to specifications. He is wonderful to work with and has a keen eye for detail that is rarely seen in the work ethic today. His ideas are very creative and he is obviously an extremely intelligent individual. We would highly recommend him for any residential work of any scale. This is the third time he has helped us with a residential modification. Incidentally, he also designed an office building for us approximately 10 years ago and that you went well. We would recommend him highly to anyone!”
