We have since worked on countless projects and I would highly recommend him time and time again. His work is fast, clean, sharp, and on budget. He is well versed in Lumion, and SketchUp as well as Chief Architect. I can not say enough good things here, it's a no-brainer choice. Our last client told me that he was so impressed with Brewsters 3D, that his wife was not sure how we had "Built" the house before we even completed the blueprints. “Our extraordinary custom home, designed and reconstructed by October 5 Fine Home Builders is undeniably a work of art. October 5 offers superior design and execution, where form and function converge. Ryan, the project superintendent, attends to every detail with an eye for quality and perfection. Their open-floor plan design blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor spaces, light abounds in every room, yet the space remains purposely private and intimate. Originally constructed in 1953, our home had not undergone any remodeling or updating. During construction, the house was all but demolished - leaving only the rough framing and portions of the exterior stucco and siding. Earthquake updates, 200 amp electrical service, beefed-up insulation, plumbing, heating and air-conditioning, smooth drywall, wide-plank flooring, bathrooms, kitchen, and dual-glazed windows supported the bulk of the project, which lasted 4 ½ months. With clean contemporary lines, the modern floor plan, great for entertaining, offers a celebrated life-style. What a beautiful and relaxing way to enjoy life! We say, “Call October 5 to celebrate your next project.””

“Consider this your personal reference to a terrific and honest 5-star contractor! I’ve been using Naz and AMBCD for nearly 10 years and have hired them for numerous jobs (probably 5 or 6). Naz is always the first person I call when I solicit bids for a specific job. Usually, Naz is the person I hire, but in the few instances that they were too busy for my schedule I usually regretted not waiting to hire Naz when he could fit me into his schedule later on. I’ve hired AMBCD for small, medium, and large jobs. I’ve never been disappointed with the final work product and I unhesitatingly recommend them to family and friends. AMBCD isn’t always the least expensive option, but they are honest and will charge a fair price. One of the things that I am most impressed about Naz is the way he handles job change orders. His bids have been remarkably accurate, but inevitably work change orders will arise. Usually, these have been because I wanted to add something to the scope of work. Many contractors “make their money” on work change orders, but I always felt that these were treated fairly, transparently, and reasonably. Overall, if you hire Naz and AMBCD you will get great work quality at an honest price. I cannot recommend anybody higher and I will continue to be a happy repeat customer.”

“Very professional, creative and provided us with great ideas during our home remodeling. Andrew walked us step by step through the renovation process. He provided us with 3D rendering so we can visualize the final results with a full list for the materials needed for our project. All this has been done in a very timely manner. “My wife and I hired Jeannette Architects to assist us with a major remodel (interior/exterior) of our 3,500 sq. ft. ranch style home in Newport Beach. The task: incorporate warm contemporary design into our 1970's "woody cabin." As a real estate developer and because it's our third major house remodel there were many design elements we knew we wanted but many more that we needed help with. As capable as Jeff (Jeannette) is with his design sense, we believe that it's his ability to listen to his clients, understand client goals, how we will live in the space and how that fits into our budget is what sets Jeff apart from other architects. The Jeannette team met aggressive time constraints, produced a thorough set of construction documents, were always quick to provide clarification and answers to our questions and were great resources for product and material options and information. True professionals that we would use again and confidently refer to others. Our project is nearing completion and I can't wait to share photos.”

“Dustin and Alex are passionate about what they do and their enthusiasm is contagious. They were incredibly professional and went above and beyond to create a layout that would suit our growing families needs while working within our budget. They redesigned our kitchen, family room and outdoor entertainment area. We plan to do the renovation in stages and they came up with a plan to tackle each phase. We have completed phase one which entailed knocking out our existing fire place that divided our kitchen and family room. We now have an open planned kitchen and living room that has completely transformed our space. We will be renovating our kitchen and entertainment area later on this year and feel confident in all elements of the redesign with direction from Eyoh Design. We look forward to working with them in the future.”

“We were very fortunate to find Teta Architecture and meet Allan and Amato Teta. We wanted to find an archtitect who would listen to our vision and who had the ability to translate our "dream" into reality and still maintain a targeted budget. Teta Architecture did that for us and more. Allan has great listening skills and he exceeded our expectations when he begin to "draw" our dream house. It was very exciting to meet with him during the conceptual period and see our home evolve exactly like we hoped it would. His drawing ability and his knowledge of architectural styles was a real joy to observe. Our goal was a "Hawaiian Style" home and he really nailed it for us. His father Amato was also instrumental in keeping us on track to meet our budget through "value" engineering during our design phase. His architecture and construction background was invaluable. The results were a home that was better than we envisioned at a cost to build that fell right into our targeted budget. Allan Teta is not only a great architect but a great guy! It was so nice to work with a man with passion for his architecture, but it was his concern for what we hoped to achieve in the home that made the process so easy and effortless. I cannot imagine a better experience and outcome. I think our pictures will show the story!”
