“My husband and I hired Renee at RAW Design & Consulting for purposes of planning and designing a partial renovation of our 1950's home in Miami, Florida. We were relocating our kitchen and adding a bathroom to our 3/2, along with some other superficial changes. Although we ultimately chose to scale back the project significantly, we worked with Renee through the completion of the design stage and were just about ready to send the final plans to the city for their review and approval. The final plans were fantastic and included structural, mechanical, electrical and other design elements. As first time homeowners (and renovators), we really appreciated Renee's insight and constructive feedback with respect to what would and would not work for our home. Renee's attention to detail and responsiveness to our emails and other inquiries made it an absolute pleasure to work with her. “My fiancé and I retained Rose Architects to complete drawings for a kitchen remodel in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and I have nothing but great things to say about them. At the time we retained them, we had two weeks until we had to move into our condo that we were remodeling (thus creating a very time-sensitive timeline). Rose Architects not only made us a priority, but also did a fantastic job with the drawings. We just received our approved permit with no revisions and no issues from the City.
