“Amanda has been wonderful to work with. Right from the beginning, she took the time to listen to our needs and gave us a design that we asked for. We did not need to go through a lot of editing - just simple tweaks which she made quickly. I think her pricing is fair (seems like it would have been much more if I would have gone through a large firm - and would have taken longer) and I believe we received quality work. The contractors we have used to bid out our work have had very few questions, which makes me believe that she delivers a complete package.”

“Maclsaac Design & Construction Services was recommended by our realtor when we purchased our existing home. When we looked at purchasing the house there where things that we needed to changed and add. When we meet James at Maclsaac, he took the time to listen to us and walk us through the process of designing the addition. As all projects go, there where times when my wife and I thought of adding things as the process went along and James was very accomodating and re-did the plans for the changes. Working with James was like having a friend you could count on to get the job done. He was with us every step of the way in the design. It’s just comforting to know there are still company’s that care about their clients. My wife and I would highly recommend James for your design needs.”

“We hired Eddy to design a home for my wife and I here in Idaho. From the first interview we knew Eddy had the experience and the personality to work with us and design our home. Sharon and I have built four homes, one barn, and two shops before meeting Eddy. Finding someone who would challenge our preconceived notions and bring valuable input to the creative process was our goal. Eddy listens well and researches solutions and options for the design. Eddy also works very well with other members of his team such as excellent draftsman, structural engineers, landscapers, surveyors, etc. We will use Eddy for future projects and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great architect.”

He listened closely through all of my ideas and wish lists and improved up on all of them without blowing my budget. I now have a fully modern and beautiful home inside of a solid and safe historic structure.
