“We had a few issues due to unexpected conditions which were delaying our completion date. I called Justin and he reviewed the plan and specs, discovering some misinterpretation of a few code issues. He was not the original architect, but agreed to assist us. JPF Architects got it all sorted out for us. I plan to call and have them take the next project on from the beginning stages.”

“The centerpiece of our home renovation was a floating, black walnut spiral staircase envisioned by Jibe Design principal Juliet Whelan. It is breathtaking, and brings architectural distinctiveness as well as light into our row home. The project also gave us several more feet of precious space thanks to the removal of a chimney we did not realize was behind a wall. Whelan came into our space and saw all kinds of fresh possibilities, but also succeeded at learning and honoring our aesthetic. It was a pleasure to work with Jibe Design. From start to finish, we appreciated the design sophistication, professionalism and good communication.”

“I hired Naama Faucett to design a mid-scale 3-story office building. Naama quickly understood the program and its complexity. Working within tight site and demanding schedule, Naama developed a building layout that emphasizes the fluidity from one space to another, enhancing the required interaction between the various departments while marinating a coherent design scheme . Her aesthetics solutions and perspective in bringing light throughout the building and providing indoor-outdoor common spaces were innovative. I mostly enjoyed her attention to details and her capability to visualize the space. The end result is remarkable!”

“We contracted with a designer for an addition, approx. 460 SF. The process was smooth with helpful tips and hints, and the designer incorporated our feedback.The specs were reasonable and not excessively expensive, and met our needs. To this day it is the most used room in the house.”

“We hired Liesl Geiger in 2005 to renovate an apartment in Greenwich Village for our new family. Our satisfaction in working with Liesl has been such that we hired her again to renovate an old home in Berkeley when we moved to California in 2010. She is an excellent architect, with a broad knowledge base, good listening skills, and a talent for finding the true inspiration for a project. She is skilled from a technical perspective, as well. We have now had two different teams work to implement her designs and both have been impressed with the thoroughness of her drawings. Liesl has the technical skills and attention to detail that make the build-out of a project a success. What’s more, in both instances she has had a strong working relationship with the contracting team, supplying clear, understandable drawings and directions and being responsive to them as a team. In both instances she has created a positive working environment that led to shared success.”
