“My husband and I hired Renee at RAW Design & Consulting for purposes of planning and designing a partial renovation of our 1950's home in Miami, Florida. We were relocating our kitchen and adding a bathroom to our 3/2, along with some other superficial changes. Although we ultimately chose to scale back the project significantly, we worked with Renee through the completion of the design stage and were just about ready to send the final plans to the city for their review and approval. The final plans were fantastic and included structural, mechanical, electrical and other design elements. As first time homeowners (and renovators), we really appreciated Renee's insight and constructive feedback with respect to what would and would not work for our home. Renee's attention to detail and responsiveness to our emails and other inquiries made it an absolute pleasure to work with her. She was very professional and courteous throughout the project, and made the process very simple and stress-free.
