It was wonderful to work with a woman drafts person/designer because they really do understand things differently, especially for important things like storage and functionality. Her design was worth every penny !!!! and we have seen it over and over again since, compared to other new house where they don't take the time or spend the money to really plan knowledgably and yet spend the same $100,000's .
