“Nothing but compliments for this team! Approachable, professional and attentive. Before even hiring the team or forking out any $$, their design examples and information provided during the quotation process was exemplary. Other firms would provide basics, and a few old examples, with some rough price figures here or there. Design Studio provided a wealth of information and really showed a desire to take on the project. Which surprised us, as they were the most impressive, as well as the most affordable. Given we weren't the 'easiest' of clients, it took around 12 months to finish our dream-home design, to which the team was nothing but patient and enthusiastic. Every aspect of our vision was covered with precision and ease, and in the end it was without doubt exactly what we'd been hoping for. Unfortunately we weren't able to pull through with the physicality of our project, but they'd be the first to call for our next one. We couldn't imagine using anybody else!”

“We engaged Sam from Raywells Design to design our home renovation which included a second story addition and major works to the existing. Sam worked closely with us during the whole design process taking into account our personal tastes and style and guiding us to ensure everything flowed. We found him to have a wealth of knowledge and experience and he was happy to make alterations to the plans to keep us on budget. We had Sam do all our interior selections which was a huge benefit as once they were all selected it made the whole process stress free, kept us on budget and ensured the design features were seamless. Once the renovation commenced Sam Project Managed the build and kept us constantly updated with how things were progressing. He was always very approachable and he actually cared about our vision for our home and wanted the best outcome for us. The project was completed on time and within budget. We have dealt with Sam regularly over the past 18 months during the design and build and at all times he has been reliable, punctual, professional, organised and extremely easy to deal with. We are very pleased with our decision to use Raywells Design to create such a beautiful home for us which suits our family and lifestyle and would recommend them without any hesitation.”

“From our very first contact with Wayne it was clear we had found the right person to help us achieve our goal of taking a property that many thought should have been knocked down to something that is not only beautiful but has maintained the original character of the Burleigh Heads area. Wayne was able to help us achieve all of the projects requirements which included renovating the existing apartments to a high standard and adding more space in the form of a 3 bedroom apartment to the existing building while still maintaining the beach house characteristics of the original building but in a modern form. Wayne was involved with all aspects of our project including initial design, selection, documentation, planning, building supervision and interior fit out. As with all projects challenges present along the way and none so much as when both a renovation and new build are tackled at once. At all times we were particularly impressed with Wayne's sensitivity to the current building and its location as well as his problem solving abilities and time taken to work through these with both ourselves and the builder. Nothing was ever too much trouble. A year on we are still impressed by what has been achieved as are many more who are now enjoying the property through Holiday rental. Thanks Wayne this could not have been achieved without your involvement and we hope it inspires others.”
