“My husband's grandfather is going to come live with us so we can give him more care as he ages. We hired Stephen to design a master bed/bath addition that has ADA-accessibility for Grandpa, as well as a kitchen & dining remodel on our small, ~925 sq ft, 2 bed, 1 bath 1935 cottage. We are still in the process of finalizing the design and are getting ready to hire a contractor for the project. Stephen has been great to work with so far. He is friendly, thorough, thoughtful and very creative. Throughout this long process of narrowing down what we want our house to be he has patiently and carefully listened to all our ideas, concerns and needs, given us great ideas of his own, answered all of our questions, and has incorporated everything we want into a ~1420 sq ft, 3 bed, 2.5 bath floor plan. We are looking forward to working with Stephen throughout this project and we are confident that with his help we will end up with a beautiful and comfortable, family friendly home.”

The were efficient, informative, and after listening to the design perimeters came up with a design that allowed for kitchenette, bathroom, office area, and meeting area. The kept me informed throughout the design and permit process. I would highly recommend.”

“Our project was a Tubb's fire rebuild. While I had done some remodeling in the past, a complete home rebuild was very overwhelming. My home was completely destroyed, so basically we had a blank slate to work with. Travis was an amazing partner for the process. I kind of feel sorry for him, he had to deal with a complete newbie coming off of a traumatic disaster who wasn't really sure what she wanted nor if she could afford it. Yikes! Honestly, he was SO patient and kind. And really, really explained everything so clearly that when I had to make a decision, I was confident it was the right move. Also, he always had clever solutions to design changes or other engineering and understand innately how altering one element would effect other areas of a project. He takes the smallest changes and shows you the big picture. It felt really good to be in the hands of a true professional. He and his team are quick to respond and are just great to work with, it's that simple.”

“first of all great work! I called a couple drafters and most of which didn't answer the phone or return my calls till like a week later. I was able to find pacific drafting and i was able to discuss my project and even set up a consultation the same week. I have to say the process was pretty straight forward I paid my deposit and they got to work 4 months later I have my building permit.”

“Curtis did the design for my kitchen remodel and then oversaw the construction from start to finish. He is an absolute perfectionist and takes every single detail into account when doing a project. The entire process was an absolute pleasure. My kitchen is absolutely beautiful and completely unique. The project has been complete for a few months and every day I say to myself, "Curtis did a really, really great job in here." I was on a pretty tight budget but Curtis knew how to incorporate high-end elements while keeping other costs down. As a general contractor working on both commercial and residential projects, I need a versatile architect with the ability to provide solutions to various problems in addition to providing creative design concepts.
